The Biennial General Meeting of GDP Providers and Performers on the Swansea Bay University Health Board Dental Lists will be held on Friday, 9th October 2026. The meeting will be held during the Morgannwg LDC Study Day at the Village Hotel, Langdon Road, SA1 Waterfront, Swansea, SA1 8QY commencing at 10am. The full program for the day and online booking forms will be available during the month of August, and we will circulate the details when available. The BGM agenda and relevant papers will be circulated by email about seven days prior to the Meeting and will be on the LDC website from the date of circulation and will be available on this page.
The Preliminary Notice of the meeting will be circulated by email in accordance with the constitution and can be accessed through the link below, together with the link to an Election Procedure document which contains a link to the online Nomination Form for election to the LDC for a four-year period up until September 2030, and Support Forms (for completion by the Nominee’s Proposer and Seconder), which similarly will been circulated,. There are four vacancies for dentists working in the Neath Port Talbot area and seven vacancies for those working in the Swansea area. In the event of there being more nominations that positions, an online ballot will be held.
