The Biennial General Meeting of GDP Providers and Performers on the Swansea Bay University Health Board Dental Lists is to be held on Monday, 16th September at 7.00pm at the Education Centre, Morriston Hospital. The agenda and relevant papers will be circulated by mail and email about seven days prior to the Meeting and will be available on this page from the date of circulation.
The Preliminary Notice of the meeting has been circulated by mail in accordance with the constitution and can be accessed through the link below, together with the link to the Nomination Form, which similarly has been circulated, for election to the LDC for a period up until April 2023. There are four vacancies for dentists working in the Neath Port Talbot area and eight vacancies for those working in the Swansea area.

Please note that postal ballots as mentioned in the time-line will only take place if the number of nominations for an area exceed the number of vacancies for that area. This is in accordance with the constitution of the LDC.
