The Biennial General Meeting of GDP Providers and Performers on the Swansea Bay University Health Board Dental Lists will be held on Thursday, 21st September at 7.00pm. The meeting will be held through Zoom. The agenda and relevant papers will be circulated by email about seven days prior to the Meeting and will be available on this page.
The Preliminary Notice of the meeting was circulated by email in accordance with the constitution and can be accessed through the link below, together with the link to an Election Procedure document which contains a link to the online Nomination Form and Support Forms, which similarly had been circulated, for election to the LDC for a four-year period up until April 2027. There are five vacancies for dentists working in the Neath Port Talbot area and seven vacancies for those working in the Swansea area.

Update on 13th September 2021
The BGM will take place at 7pm on Thursday, 21st September 2023 through the medium of Zoom. The Meeting can be accessed through this link.
The documents relevant to the BGM have been emailed to all dentists on the Performers list. As promised these will be also emailed to all Practices in the SBUHB area.
