The Biennial General Meeting of GDP Providers and Performers on the Swansea Bay University Health Board Dental Lists will be held on Thursday, 23rd September at 7.00pm. The meeting will be held through Zoom following the information we received about the limitations of holding a face-to-face meeting at Morriston Hospital . The agenda and relevant papers will be circulated by mail and email about seven days prior to the Meeting and will be available on this page.
The Preliminary Notice of the meeting was circulated by mail in accordance with the constitution and can be accessed through the link below, together with the link to the Nomination Form, which similarly had been circulated, for election to the LDC for a four-year period up until April 2025. There are four vacancies for dentists working in the Neath Port Talbot area and six vacancies for those working in the Swansea area.

The BGM will take place at 7pm on Thursday, 23rd September 2021 through the medium of Zoom at:

The documents relevant to the BGM have been mailed to all dentists on the Performers list. As promised these will be also emailed to all Practices in the SBUHB area and to all those colleagues for whom the LDC holds a current email address.
